Just like any other forum, we have some rules that are required to be followed. It is recommended that users read these rules before posting anything on the forum.
We try to make and enforce our rules as fair(ly) and forgiving(ly) as possible by trying to give users a fair warning before banning them, although there are certain rules (known as zero tolerance rules) which we will permanently ban users on sight for breaking.
It is our duty as administrators and moderators to enforce the rules of the forum. If you feel that any user has posted anything that breaks our rules, you can report such posts by simply clicking the ! button on the bottom right corner of any post. Then select the reason (which rule the post breaks), and then, if you wish, you may enter a short message explaining how, why, and/or to what extent you feel the rule is broken.
If your intentions are not to report a post but to report users specifically instead (such as for breaking Rule #14), you can just contact an administrator/moderator using the private message function of the forum or emailing one of us with a short message mentioning the user, the rule(s) which they have broken, and preferably a short description of your concern.
Some rules do not apply to the Spam Box forum. The Spam Box is a place which users can just fill with nonsense for fun, testing, or other purposes that do not make sense in the rest of the forum, therefore some of our rules do not apply here. Posts which break these rules and do not apply to the Spam Box will also be moved to the Spam Box.
Additionally, if you have been banned from the forum and you feel or think that you are not guilty of breaking these rules, you may contact me or another administrator/moderator to plead your case and possibly get your ban lifted. Keep in mind that this will not always work, for your pleading might not convince us for whatever reason, although we WILL respond to ANY emails within 100 hours.
Furthermore, users who do not follow the forum rules will receive necessary consequences in return.

Please respect the forum and everyone here.
It is okay to disagree or disapprove of something a user posts, although it is not allowed to post anything negative about, involving, or aimed towards other members of the forum.
For example:
You may post: "Ewwwwwww! Luigi is gross. I don't like Luigi."
You may NOT post: "Ewwwwwww! You like Luigi??? You need to grow up. You suck!"
Additionally, it is also not allowed to post disagreements about the forum unless you post it in the "The Forum" forum (which is the forum these rules are posted in). Although, if you're going to join the forum just to hate on us for any reason, please go away. It is not allowed to hate on the forum ANYWHERE on the forum itself.

2.) Pornography:
Pornographic content is NOT allowed. This includes images, videos, ASCII (or any form of text), programs, or links to any of these things, that show or contain pornographic content. Content including genitals, buttholes, or female nipples are what we consider pornographic content that is NOT allowed. Sorry buddy, but this is NOT Paheal.
Posting such things that contain sexual but not EXACTLY pornographic content, such as bikinis, IS allowed. You are also allowed to SAY sexual or "perverted" things here if you desire.
Consequence(s):
Once: Post(s)/topic(s) which break(s) this rule will be deleted, and the user will receive a warning.
More than once: Post(s)/topic(s) which break(s) this rule will be deleted, and the user will receive a temporary ban.
3.) Child Pornography:
Additionally, child pornography will NOT be tolerated. This includes real images, videos, programs, or links to any of these things, that show or contain pornographic content involving real children under the age of 18.
Anything COMPLETELY drawn or animated will be treated the same as Rule #6, and therefore it does not count as child pornography.
Consequence(s):
ZERO tolerance. You will receive a permanent ban on sight!!!

We WILL report your relevant information to local authorities.
4.) Nonsense Spamming:
Nonsense spamming is NOT allowed.

Users, we also ask that you please make an effort to post things that make sense to other users. This specifically will not lead to consequences, but it is for the users' own good.
5.) Posting in Repetition:
Additionally, we do not want you to post anything more than once. This includes repeating the same post on different topics/the same topic/both, posting topics with the same name/content/both in any forum whatsoever, or posting the same private messages more than once to the same person.
Posting the same private message to different people is okay, although only for constructive purposes.
This rule does not apply in the Spam Box.

6.) Advertising:
Please do not advertise for anything on our forum through posts/topics.
This rule does not apply in the Spam Box.

7.) Bots:
Bots, or programs using accounts on the forum of any sort, is not allowed. Bots that are approved by Forumotion, such as the Google bot that often visits our forum for whatever reason, are allowed, for we cannot simply ban them.
Users, if you feel that a bot has hacked your account, please contact us directly and we will help you fix the problem.
Consequence(s):
ZERO tolerance. All bots will receive a permanent ban on sight!!!
Additionally, if we find out that any user of the forum was involved in creating and/or using such bots, such users will also receive the same consequences.
8.) Asking for Passwords:
Do NOT ask or demand for any user's password on the forum.
Users, please also keep in mind that a real administrator or moderator would NEVER, under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, ask for any user's password. Additionally, we ask that you please report any suspicious activity such as this coming from any administrator/moderator's account.
Consequence(s):
ZERO tolerance. You will receive a permanent ban on sight!!!

9.) Hacking in General:
Accessing an account that is not your own without permission from the user of the account is STRICTLY PROHIBITED! Also, accessing any administrative corner of our forum is treated the same way.

If we feel the situation is serious enough, we will report your relevant information to local authorities.
10.) Malware/Viruses:
Do NOT post links or attachments that contain malware/viruses ANYWHERE on the forum. This could have been a zero tolerance rule, although there is no way to know if the user knew the link/attachment contained malware/viruses.
Consequence(s):
Once: Post(s)/topic(s) which break(s) this rule will be deleted, and the user will receive a warning.
More than once: Post(s)/topic(s) which break(s) this rule will be deleted, and the user will receive a temporary ban.
11.) Credit Card Fraud:
ALL forms of credit card fraud will NOT be tolerated. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

12.) Threats:

13.) Language:
The main language on this forum is English. Posting in other languages is allowed, but all discussions should be at least translated to English.

14.) Hate Speech:
This forum is frequented by people of various ages, genders/sexes, locations, religious beliefs, races, nationalities, and sexualities. Hate speech against any of these groups will not be tolerated.

Once: Post(s)/topic(s) which break(s) this rule will be deleted, and the user will receive a warning.
More than once: Post(s)/topic(s) which break(s) this rule will be deleted, and the user will receive a temporary ban.
15.) Reporting:
Don't abuse the reporting function. If you don't have a valid reason, don't report.

Once: The user will receive a warning.
More than once: The user will receive a temporary ban.
16.) Ban Evasion:
Ban evasion is against the rules. If you have been banned, do not try to access the forum until the ban has expired or if the ban expires. If you access the forum in any way while the ban is in effect, such as using a computer at a different location, this is considered ban evasion and is itself an offense.
Consequence(s):
ZERO tolerance. You will receive a permanent ban on sight!!!
17.) False Contact Information:
Entering or posting contact information belonging to another person/party on the forum is not allowed.
Consequence(s):
Once: Post(s)/topic(s) which break(s) this rule will be deleted, and the user will receive a warning.
More than once: Post(s)/topic(s) which break(s) this rule will be deleted, and the user will receive a temporary ban.
18.) Impersonation of Forum Users:
Impersonation of any user of the forum, including moderators and administrators, is NOT allowed.

More than once: Post(s)/topic(s) which break(s) this rule will be deleted, and the user will receive a temporary ban.
19.) Impersonation of Businesses/Organization:
Additionally, impersonation of any copyrighted businesses, organizations or people involved in such businesses or organizations, is strictly prohibited.
For instance, it is okay for a user's screen name on the forum to be "JustinBieber", "FBIAgent", "Nintendo", "MasashiKishimoto", etc., although it is NOT okay for a user to say that they really ARE one of these things.
This rule does not apply if any user of the forum is legitimately is or is involved with such businesses or organizations.
Consequence(s):
ZERO tolerance. You will receive a permanent ban on sight!!!

20.) Personal Information:
In the forum, you are free to post any of your own personal information, such as home addresses, phone numbers, and real names, although we will NOT be held responsible for anything that happens because of this.
That set aside, it is NOT allowed to post personal information about other users without the user/users' permission anywhere on the forum.

21.) Asking for Special Rights/Ranks:
Asking or demanding for special rights or ranks, such as administrator or moderator, is not allowed, for it is an annoyance and a waste of space on our forum. If we are to give someone a special right or rank, it will be by our own personal choice.
